Friedrich, affectionately called Friedl, is widely known for his chamomile herbal infusion. In addition to the carefully harvested chamomile flowers, he always adds a few apple pieces, berries, and lemon verbena – for a light, lemony note. Along with dandelion roots and nettles, he brings a smile to many herbal tea lovers' faces.
