For a pleasant sweetness, we use raw cane sugar ground into powder for the organic product Matcha for Latte. This harmonises particularly well with the naturally tart green tea and gives the Japanese stimulant Matcha Latte a wonderfully rounded taste with its subtle caramel note. It´s naturally vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, and of organic quality.

Schmeckt mir sogar ohne Milch!
Weil ich nicht mehr so viel Kaffee trinken möchte habe ich mich nach einer Alternative umgeschaut und den Matcha von Althaus entdeckt. Ich liebe ihn! Macht schön wach, und wirkt auch länger als Kaffee. Ich hatte gerade keine Milch mehr im Haus und trinke ihn gerade pur, nur mit heißem Wasser. Ich bin total begeistert!

Mit echtem japanischen Matcha
Ich hatte schon Matcha Latte Pulver von anderen Marken ausprobiert und konnte mich nie so richtig mit dem Geschmack anfreunden. Da ich von dem Chai Latte von Althaus total begeistert bin, habe ich nun auch den Matcha Latte einmal ausprobiert und... WOW, so gut kann Matcha schmecken! Ich weiß nicht, ob es daran liegt, dass es echter japanischer Matcha ist oder dass Rohrohrzucker benutzt wird aber der Matcha ist total mild und genau richtig gesüßt. Mittlerweile ist Matcha Latte zu meinem morgendlichen Ritual geworden und ich will ihn nicht mehr missen.
