ALTHAUS Sparkling Tea is an innovative alcohol-free alternative to traditional sparkling wine – delicately sparkling, elegant, and refreshingly different. Its base consists of a dealcoholized white wine (50%) made from a carefully crafted cuvée of Müller-Thurgau, Kerner, Silvaner, and another aromatic grape variety, vintage 2025. This wine is produced by a renowned sparkling wine manufacturer in Bingen am Rhein, Germany.
The wine is refined with a premium tea infusion (46%) made from Tie Guan Yin Oolong and green jasmine tea – without any added flavorings. The result is a sparkling beverage with a subtle wine character, floral notes, refreshing lightness, and a fine, natural sweetness.
