ALTHAUS Single Origin tea from Georgia
Hand-processed black tea with twisted, fermented leaves that unfold in the infusion and reveal whole leaf tips. The color of the cup is copper-golden. The taste is pleasantly soft, with few tannins, a lasting fruitiness, and a delicate sweetness that is reminiscent of dark chocolate and prunes.

Preparation
Use two teaspoons of tea in a small teapot (0.4l). Pour fresh boiling water over it and let it steep for 3 minutes.
